You are invited to join the Corporate Directors’
Association.
Being a director or officer of a corporation today can be
personally challenging. Corporate responsibilities, personal liabilities and
corporate governance issues are steadily increasing. Directors and officers are
being held accountable for their own actions, for the actions of their
corporations, and for the actions of other directors and officers.
Membership of CDA brings you a comprehensive program which
assists directors and officers of both small and large companies to meet these
challenges.
CDA specialises in Education, Information and Legislation. Education through
the Corporate Directors’ Diploma Course and other courses and seminars.
Information through the regular CDA Board Report. Legislation through
representation to governments and regulatory authorities.
CDA is a member-based organisation, run by corporate
directors for corporate directors. CDA’s founders are well experienced in two
other organisations for directors and believe that CDA is well focused on the
needs of corporate directors and officers.
